The ideal candidate will work closely with Key Account Managers and will help them by developing and presenting continuous improvement concepts from a customer excellence http://ift.tt/2kuNPwR responsible for assisting and supporting Key Account Managers with their business development, customer retention, sales system, report and follow-up activities. Your tasks and responsibilities 1-Pre-sales : – Customer research – Sales material preparation – Support identification /development of up-selling potential (e.g white board sessions) – Identification / analysis of customer requirements (cross BU / global) – Quote spot requests – RFI response preparations – Pre analysis of RFQ requirements (rate / surcharge specifics / T&Cs)2-Sales : – Constant synchronization between customer and pricing teams to assure tender requirements compliance – RFQ preparation/ coordination / support  / evaluation / initiation of corrective actions – Customer requirements’ fulfillment check – Solution / response material preparation – Development / adjustment of SOPs – Handover to operations support3-After Sales : – Development of SOPs – Development of customer reports – Re-pricing – Troubleshooting / backup for KAM4-Administrative : – KN Intranet maintenance of account information – Report requirements alignment with customer – Development / maintenance account extranet page Your skills and experience Deep knowledge of operational processes in air/ sea freight / Overland Minimum of 2 years experience in Logistic and forwarding industry – preferably in multinational companies Advanced knowledge of MS Office : Explorer, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Familiar with creating/implementing continuous improvement concepts and change management experience Flexible in working time and willing to travel Fluent in English High degree of organizational skills and self-motivation Team Player Good reasons to join We are committed to deliver high quality solutions to our customers and are proud to be a strong leader in the logistics industry.
