TURKISH CARGO INTRODUCED CHATBOT CARGY Turkish Cargo introduced an artificial intelligence tool for its customers. Dear Colleagues, Thanks to the newly created chatbot Cargy, our customers can now make AWB status and tariff inquiries in its first phase, and offer the opportunity to station and price information in other phases. Customers will have the opportunity to query Turkish Cargo flights with origin-destination details and related date and time information besides learning the instant status of cargoes with AWB numbers.
