Signing of purchase orders Signing of Contract documents Preparation, agreement and management project documentation. Supporting and execution of a project within a timeframe planned Project team’s activities coordination Project quality control Project reporting and presentation preparation and delivery Project funds movement plan preparation and execution Controls the compliance of the budget of the project Assist in developing the costs, incomes, and cash flows of the projects Supporting or controls the implementation of projects in the agreed time, within budget and with the required level of quality Prepares and changes the project stages if necessary.
